Tangible-Asset Projects: Advisory & Brokerage

Access to high-performing direct investments from my personally vetted network – structured to fit the individual situation, including via the German investment deduction allowance (IAB, Sec. 7g German Income Tax Act).

  • Photovoltaic projects: recurring income from producing assets
  • Tiny-house concepts: tangible assets with a rental perspective
  • IAB structuring: invest instead of merely paying tax – depending on the client's situation

    Presented the new Porsche Taycan at Porsche Centre Würzburg – on stage, in front of a full house.

    Oversaw and audited construction, installation and commissioning of the 800-volt HPC chargers at PC Würzburg – then responsible for their operation.

    Implemented a white-label solution for digital e-mobility purchase consulting across the Spindler Group.

  • 01/2022

    Appointed the Spindler Group's central point of contact for all electric-mobility projects.

Technology pioneer.
Entrepreneur by principle.

Technology is my second nature: an early adopter out of curiosity, an autodidact by principle. E-mobility, smart home, AI – I ran, dismantled and understood these topics long before there were manuals for them. That is exactly where my strength lies: consulting on topics that don't have a blueprint yet.

On top of that comes a foundation in premium automotive sales and the daily practice of running my own company. I know how to win people over to something new – and I know what it takes to actually make an operation work. That's why I don't consult from the sidelines; I work alongside you.
